Pastor Chad Hayes was born and raised in Louisiana. Chad was saved at the early age of 8 years old, and was called to preach just a few years later. Through a period of rebellion, he joined the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman and served one combat tour in Iraq. After he re surrendered his life to Christ, Pastor Hayes received his bachelor of religious theology from Heritage Baptist Institute, a ministry of Cleveland Baptist Church, Cleveland Oh. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit he then earned his Master of Ministry from Crown College of the BIble, a ministry of Temple Baptist Church, Knoxville TN. He was ordained into the Gospel ministry and sent out of Chippewa Lake Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor James R Siekbert Jr. where Pastor Hayes also served as the Assistant Pastor and Reformers Unanimous Director.
Pastor Chad Hayes and His wife Sarah were married in 2008, and they have 4 young boys, Evan, Colton, Andrew, and Wesley, who joyfully serve along side in the Ministry.
